This site collects very little. Here is what it collects, why, and who handles it.
Construal Research is an assumed business name of Art Science Magic LLC, based in Oregon. In this notice, "we" means Art Science Magic LLC.
What we collect
When you subscribe to Insights. Your email address, so we can send you new pieces. Subscriptions are handled by Buttondown, our newsletter service. Every email includes a link to unsubscribe.
When you book a conversation. Your name, email address, company, and anything you choose to tell us in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Cal.com and added to our Google Calendar, and calls take place on Google Meet. With your agreement at the start of a call, we may record notes using an AI note-taker.
When you email us. Your message and email address, which we keep so we can reply and follow up.
When you visit the site. This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, hold the conversations you book, send the newsletter you asked for, and run our business. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the services named above, which handle it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from Insights at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, email michael@construalresearch.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date below.
