Work with us
Most engagements start with a conversation about your category: who you compete with, which buyers matter most to you, and what you want to know about how AI sees you.
Who this is for
Marketing leaders at B2B companies, usually in one of two places:
Getting oriented. You know AI is starting to shape how buyers find vendors, and you want to understand what that means for your company before you spend money on it.
Already investing. You're working on AI visibility or paying for a tracking tool, and you can't tell whether any of it is changing what AI concludes about you.
What we investigate
- How AI models describe your category, and the criteria they use to compare vendors
- What they believe about your company, where that belief came from, and where it's wrong
- Which buyers they recommend you to, and which they send to competitors
- Which questions make a model search the web, and which sources it reads when it does
- What you can realistically change, and what's better to work with
How an engagement works
- Audit. An exploratory study of how AI models understand your category and your company: what they know, what they believe, and where their biases are.
- Strategy. Targeted tests on the opportunities that matter for your goals, so every recommendation rests on evidence.
- Report. Your first deliverable: the findings, a brief your team can execute from, and a measurement plan with a baseline.
- Execution. Your team carries out the plan, or we bring in a partner and coordinate the work.
- Measurement. We re-run the research against your baseline every month and report what changed, what's newly possible, and what to do next. Reports come monthly or quarterly, whichever is more useful to you.
If you already use a visibility tool
Fantastic! It tells you how often you're mentioned, the way web analytics tells you how many people visited. The research explains why: what the model believes, which buyers it routes where, and what would change it. The two work well together.
What a first conversation is for
Thirty minutes. We'll talk about your category, what you're doing about AI today, and what's worth finding out. If there's a fit, you'll get a proposal scoped to your questions. If there isn't, you'll still leave with a clearer picture of where you stand.
